Schrade 881

Post by glennbad »

This one is about the nicest amber stag I've done to date. The Schrade 881 was about mint, but the customer didn't care for the delrin covers. Got some great amber stag and a new shield. Before and after.

Good job Glenn! That is a tough place to inlay a shield, but you did a nice job of it! ::tu:: ::tu::

Glenn that is a beauty. But I might have to disagree with you in it being the best one you’ve done. Dad’s old eye brand whittler that you gave the same treatment to is right up there with it. You do better than good work!

Awesome! I really like that. I have a 881y that I may have to customize. I like the amber stag.

Thanks everyone!

I'd like to see your 881 if you decide to mod it. Stag is tough to get just right, but when it comes together, you can't beat how it looks.
