Been a while since I posted any customization photos, here are a couple case's I just finished re-handling for a forum member. Purple heart on the Barlow and orange giraffe bone on the stockman.

Nice stuff! I worked with purple heart years ago, that stuff has great color and is really hard. Looks great on a knife!

Both look great but that purple heart is a standout to me, beautiful grain in those scales. Also have to comment on how perfect and flush to the scales the pins are, wish some of the factory knives could get 'em that nice. Excellent work muskrat man. ::tu::

Beauties! I like how purple heart will get darker with heat. Did you experience any color changes while working it?

Really nice work there. I have turned a few pens from purpleheart and it's look is different from any other wood. The giraffe bone also turned out great!

super clean, which is pretty much exactly what I expect from your work ::tu::

I like that Purpleheart, that's got some really nice grain to it. I might have to look for some.
