More recent work

Post by glennbad »

Here's a few more that I recently finished.

TL-29...linerlock moved to main blade, thonghole, EO notch. The wood is Redheart.

Next is a Buck Creek that had no covers and mangled liners. Used Giraffe bone and a diamond shield.

Last, a 34OT mod.

As always Glenn, superb work. You really know how to bring new life to an old, worn out knife... ::nod::

I've got the twin of that Buck Creek, and I might have to buy some giraffe bone, that looks great. Never tried inlaying a shield, yet. Baby steps for me....on the other hand, if I bought two sets of G.B., I could take a risk, and have a spare set, if I accidentally did NOT screw it up the first go-round. ::tu::

Well done Glenn. That 34OT transformation really grabs my attention but all three are vast improvements. ::tu:: ::tu::

Thanks everyone!

I buy most shields, but some you just have to make by hand.

Glenn, I'm loving that Giraffe bone. The E/O knocked my socks off, and I wasn't even wearing socks. ::ds:: Beautiful work.

Glenn,
I always love your work, but the transformation of the old TL-29s is my FAVORITE!
You take a butt-ugly beast and turn it into a piece of ART.

Awesome work Glenn!
Normally I wouldn't use red heart on a small folder but that one came out very nice!
The 34OT is real eye candy and the Buck Creek is miraculous! ::ds:: Spectacular save!
