Buck, Western, Queen, Ulster, Henckels, Boker... Just about any American or European traditional maker.

I have narrowed it down to a scant two dozen, including all mentioned above by others, but also including Randall and Ruana. I have more Schrades than any other single brand. If everything was gone except the Randalls, the Ruanas, and the $$$ from the rest, I could live with it.
