I think for your future videos you need to either make it shorter
in length of time or cover more material in that period of time,

I agree with you that you need to choose the right knife for the right occasion. For example, when I'm at the farm I always have a belt sheath fixed blade. But when the wife and I do our urban coffee walk, I choose something small, folding and with a pocket clip. For work I usually go with something traditional. Special occasion, I break out the pearl.
