K2825 on eBay

Keen Kutter was first used as a knife brand by Simmons Hardware Company in 1870. The trademark was used on the highest quality tools and cutlery Simmons offered.

K2825 on eBay

Post by msteele6 »

I was looking at KK's on eBay and came across one advertised as a K2825 https://www.ebay.com/itm/184698445246?h ... c&LH_BIN=1 I have a K2825 so I knew that it wasn't. If it were a Keen Kutter the frame would be a K754 maybe. The blades are later ones without the E.C. Simmons in the logo which means that Shapleigh already owned the trademark. Here's an actual K2825, Camillus made for Shapleigh:

Good catch! Did Camillus make all of the KK pocket knives with the "Hammer Forged" stamping and forge marks on the blades?
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!
