Wayne, that looks great!
Did you do a spray urethane or brush?
I remember watching El KaBong when I was a kid. I remember thinking, "That dude goes through a lot of guitars..."

I used a spray and applied a bunch of light coats. Not near as involved as your Strat ranger. Thanks for the compliments it was a rescue of sorts.

Love music;have several guitars;can't play a lick. Here are a few that I have painted over the years. The double neck is a custom made piece for my friend Larry and the two others following it are his as well. The clear guitar is my son's latest one.The case I painted at a charity auction. The last one was another friend's.

My first Tele.
I had an amplifier that I just wasn't digging the sound of, so I decided to put it up for sale or trade for a Tele.
A guy contacted me and told me of one that he built with an Allparts body and neck. He sent pics and I set up an appointment to go try it out.
I started playing it, and it played like butter. So, I made the deal.
I've been very happy with it so far. I am really more of a Les Paul jr. player, but the Tele is a great change of pace. And the Mesa Mark V 25 sounds excellent with it.
Also added a pic of the LP jr. modified with a TV Jones Powertron Plus.

I love the pin striping. Wish I had the talent to do that.

Just realized a life-long dream and ordered a Gibson ES-335. ::ds::
I am a fan of B.B. King and really love the sweet sounds he was able to get from this guitar model.
This was one of the last guitars built at the Memphis factory before it closed.
I won't get it for a few more days, but am excited to finally get one!

I heard this song (again) today and started to post it in the “Favorites” YouTube thread. But after seeing and reading about so many of y’all’s guitars, I decided to post it here. Hope it’s okay that I posted it here. Hopefully it will “strike a chord” with you. ::tu::

Really awesome instruments everyone!!…Other than air guitar I can’t play lick!! I love any good guitar work in just about any genre..Southern rock, classic country and classic rock are some of my favorites..Could go on all night/day talking about music..just wanted to ask if anyone has heard of Samantha Fish? Check her out if you haven’t… Her early stuff from 09 until 2016 are my favorite..with her new stuff she’s trying to go more pop to get a wider audience but it’s still decent… She can handle and axe like nobody’s business..Check out her song “money to burn” live on YouTube live at Calhoun’s 2/6/16

Heck yeah Blue!! I seen that video before I love it… Just something about her singing and her voice fits in my ear I absolutely love her…It’s refreshing that there’s still good music out there and people like us can still find it… Check out Larkin Poe if you haven’t heard of them..they’re two sisters they’re awesome too!
