New 2020 Maher & Grosh.

William H. Maher and Emil Grosh started the Maher & Grosh Wholesale Cutlery Co. in 1877 with a goal to sell high quality US manufactured cutlery globally. The original business dissolved in 1988, but the brand has since been resurrected.

Anyone know if the new M&G will be plentiful? Enough to go around? I've bought everyone for my collection except the Queen made ones. Probably some of the most beautiful knives GEC has made. Have a feeling that with GEC stopping SFO"s, these will fly off the shelves. A best kept little secret is now no longer a secret. Look what happened to their inventory after the announcement. As an old Ohio bred boy, I hope I can snag one of each. They are kind of special. Hopefully, somehow, this won't be the last of the new M&G's. That would be a shame.

I’ve got to say, was really hoping for long pulls, but the way M&G does old school cool is absolutely fantastic! I’ll definitely grab one or two

I've have had 3 originals and still have 1.All were regular nail nicks. The catalog cut had a long pull,so they must have done both.

Any idea whether it’ll be this afternoon or later this evening? Working man here and I’m usually in bed by 7-8 eastern. Would hate to miss these

All I can say is that this is the most practical M&G remake to date. And, actually, one of the better GEC options that I have seen outside of Farm and Field Tool.

We are planning to start listing the knives on the website at 5:30 eastern time this evening. It will take a little time to get all 4 to get loaded on the site. This is all contingent on no glitches happening. An email will go out shortly to past purchasers from the website and those who have asked to be added to our email list.
Thanks for your patience.

I am giving folks a chance to get theirs before I buy some doubles of these knives. I really think these will be great to put back for years in the future.
Better hurry.

Those ended up going quick. I just checked out before you posted that and there were four at that time. Great Eastern does outstanding jigging for Maher and Frosh. Beautiful knives Roger, can't wait.

Thanks Gary, I wanted to give others a good chance to get one. Glad these went quickly for Roger.

What is baffling to myself is that there remains unsold 2 blade 15 pattern M&G,'s These were the finest 15 jacks made in the last run. Quite possibly ever. Exquisite jigging on the bone. All it will take for them to be gone is for one of the, ahem, "influencial" knife connoisseurs on Facebook to get one and rave about it and they gone. I fully realize some don't like the bail and chain, but the 15 is the quintessential GEC and very rairly done at the Northfield trim level as the Maher and Grosh's are.

Robbobus, agree with you on the 15, just ordered one with the pick bone. I especially like the boys knives ,and have been researching them a bit this year.
Hope everyone that can get one really enjoys them, and thanks to all who posted here. Hope the fellas at Maher & Grosh do well and keep em coming.
