Changed mind on buyer Accepted counter offer

Post by lorifromchula »

Hi,
I have a buyer that accepted my counter offer then later changed his mind and did not complete the transaction. How do I remove the failed transaction from my Buyer Accepted Counter offer list on my Seller Dashboard? Thanks! Lori

Hi Lori,

At the moment, there is not really a good way to remove records of these offer exchanges from the seller dashboard. The only way I can think to do it at the moment is to remove the item from inventory & relist it.

I'm going to examine the situation a bit closer & try to integrate an easy way to clear failed & stale offer information within the next few days.

Will report back with better instructions soon ::tu::

Best,
Bryan

...aaand done... :D

Now if you visit your seller's dashboard & click to "View Customer's Offers", there will be a red cancel button next to each listed offer that can be clicked to delete those that are failed or stale. ::tu::
