Henckels 'Double Gunstock' Office Pen

Re: Henckels 'Double Gunstock' Office Pen
I recently had one of these knives but it had real ivory handles. Are you sure yours has imitation ivory handles? Very unusual pattern and a nice looking knife at any rate.
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.

I was going by the yellowing of the handles w/ them being similar to my Case Office Pen w/ celluloid imitation ivory scales. It could be real ivory, and hope that it is, but am not going to ruin the pristine of it w/ the hot pin test tho'..

O.P. picture is not in perfect focus but looks like ivory. I had thought the Henckels version to be a corn knife. Are the blades thinly ground like a typical corn knife ?
