Some fine pick-ups.
Here is one my wife gave me a couple days back for our 48th year of marriage. Sure glad she likes me. It is a Yellow Trapperlock 3154LC CV. It is now my favorite pocket clip. Box is dated 12/16/11 which matches up with the date stamp.

Custom 532 with Ram's Horn
Got this Buck Custom 532 back in 2010 and just now got around to taking some photos. Found it in a small leather maker's shop in Kill Devil Hill, NC. Tried getting some info on it by searching this forum and others but found nothing. Wonder where the other 249 are as the COA says 1 of 250 made by Bu...

Re: Mail Call !-Post your new pick-ups here............
Thanks, Philco. IMHO those some of the best Ram's Horn I have seen which is why I spend so much time bargaining for this knife. I believe it was Queen based on research I did on this and other forums. The stampings on the tangs and the over-all fit and finish match up with Queen products. A couple o...

Couple of weeks back I was in Florida and had the chance to go to the Gator Knife Show in Lakeland, FL. Quite a show with a number of great private collections on show and not for sale. There were also many sale booths with custom and brand knives. Most of the sellers were right proud of their wares...

Those are all fine knives show in this thread. Jerry D, I really like that GEC. Here is this year's Christmas gift from my first wife. She found a U.S.A. made 2000 Camillus Senator pen knife that Santa Fe StoneWorks had turned into a Vietnam service Ribbon using Malachite, Red Coral, and Yellow Jasp...

Re: Now we have a Colonial thread,Show'em
Thanks for the info, Bobby. This knife got lost in a tool box for a number of years, as you can tell by the pits on the blades, but it is still a great workhorse. One question, would you happen to know what the scales are made of? They are a unique color and are really tough. They have stood up well...

Re: Colonial knife company?
Nice one Scott. Here is the only Colonial I have in my collection. Not sure what the vintage is but it looks like it was used and carried, note the pits in the blades. The handle scales are tight and in good shape, just scratched up a little.

Re: Ka-Bar Kollector Klub Knives
Only thing about that Pearl Harbor knife is the blade is stamp 440. If that means the steel it was made out of something might be amiss as all Kabar combat knives were and are 1095 steel.

Here is mine given to me by my first wife in '76 while we were stationed in Saudi Arabia. She's also my only wife.
This Kabar is the knife I am most proud of and it will never be sold. Suspect a lot of other Marines that have this lnife feel the same way.

Here is my 1979 replica USMC Ka-Bar that is blued just like guns are. All 5,000 of these were blued when made by Ka-bar in Olean, NY.

Speaking of no dots, The photos of my 110 that was given to me by my Mother-in-Law Christmas 1966 does not have any dots or other marks. It only has BUCK over 110 over U.S.A. Think she gave it to me hoping I would fall on it. In case anyone is wondering my avatar is a 2008 Buck 309 USA custom...

Speaking of Ka-Bars, here is the one I most treasure. Have never seen a photo of one of these on the Internet before.
USMC 200th Birthday Commemorative. Only 2500 issued in 1976 and were all sold in just weeks.

thanks for the response and I do treasure it. Don't figure it is worth much but I can remember Granddad carrying it. On thing I forgot to mentiop it looks like the bolsters are slide on and crimped on the ends.

Grand-dad's Imperial
The attached photos are of my Grandfather's Imperial pocket knife that I just received from Mom's estate. Couple of questions I hope someone can help me with. Any idea about when this one was made? Are the handles celluloid, imitation Mother-of-Pearl or "Cracked Ice"? I found another topic...

What is it?
Good Morning, I am a new member and have been learning a lot just by browsing through AAPK. Now I have a question about the knife in the attached photos. Found this knife last week in a small antique shop in Florida. The little lady that runs the shop told me it is a watermelon testing knive. Anyone...
