I have both the Case and GEC. I am following the herd and pick GEC. There is no comparison, the GEC is much better than my Case toe. I still like Case, but GEC seems to be the best knife marketed today.

It looks like a pattern number underneath the Cattaraugus stamping. I don't know these knives, is that typical? I do know that myrtlefaye is not typical!

I don't even bother looking at knives from this person. Myrtlefaye is known as someone who sells not quite right knives, for a nice way to put it.

I forgot to add estimated Value: Normal 61050 go for $90 to $140 for the Classic series. This one would be close, some people do not want the Indiana University on their blade, others don't mind.

I am beginning to think that a lot of buyers don't read the entire description. He does state that this knife has recently been put together in the second paragraph.

Re: Schrade Cut Co pen/manicure knife
Thanks Aimus for the response. What you said makes sense to me. Just curious about Goins showing a Schrade Cut. Co. Walden Germany tang stamp as an early Schrade - circa 1904. Wonder if this somehow relates to the stamp on the scissors? Probably not, your guess sounds right.
Thanks

To defend the seller, he did state in his narrative, that the knives were recently assembled with old parts. Although, it was buried at the end of his narrative.
