I looked very closely at my case teardrop and there seems to be small sanding marks in the right lighting
The blade is mirror polished, but in the right lighting, there seems to be a bunch of small marks like a brushed satin blade. Is this normal or is it something I have done? Also, could it be the steel grain?

I have recently found this knife in a box of knives. It has been kept away from my other knives in fear that it is celluloid and not another other type of plastic. So I was wondering, what is the handle made of?
