My pawn shop buddy had this one sitting around. 1954. One of a variety of 5 Fishing Knives on CAMCO, assortment #FK-5. Notice the price, $1.29 with a nice 5-rivet leather sheath. The guard has an old time "church-key" can opener with a cap-lifter too. $1.29 new in '54 Fun little piece.:D J...

Hold the knife so the larger blade is on the right. Use a pencil and rub the lead on the "tang" (bottom area) of the larger blade. You may see the mark. It could be Colonial or U.S.A.. The knife is certainly one of the less expensive brands from the 40's to the 60's. Incidentally, Its not ...
