Those handles started to show up again in the 80s, Some of the ideals were reproduced with them. A lot of people got shafted thinking they were buying an original 1905 model.

I own 4 of them, none of them would fire when they arrived. Not sure about yours that fires on its own but I discovered my no fire problem was in the handle spacing or spacers. My brother owns 3 original grizzlies so we started comparing them to the Queens, We drove small shims in between the spacer...

Upon further research, which involved digging out a few old knives and a call to my brother up north, they look almost identical to Case Cheetahs. Makes sense to me. That's the first thing that's made sense in a couple weeks lol. Be safe ya'll and thanks for the input.

I don't really have a clue as to whom manufactured them but I just bought a 2006 and 2007 from Sanders.The 06 is one of 500. Guess we'll see. Got the pair for 130 bucks. If they are nice I'll put em the collection, if not then I'm sure the grands kids will be happy to destroy em in a matter of days,...

2006,2007 swing guard cheetahs.
Any ideas on who made the Remington Swing guard cheetahs in 2006 and 2007. Starting to collect some Cheetahs but don't know much about the Remingtons. They look pretty good just never had one in hand. Any info would be appreciated.

That tells me a lot. Mine has no fork. It does have the original sheath and I see how it could hold the fork.Thank-you very much for the info. Now I'll go fork hunting haha. Thanks again!
