I thought it funny that I offered to send him one but he never replied. Posted and never looked back.

Would you still call that lipstick? I certainly wouldn't want to stick my lips with it!!

I suppose lip stick tube would be the better description. 🤔

Re: Clauss, Freemont Ohio

Here is a Clauss marked knife I picked up some years ago for about $15 as I recall. I love the size (about 3 3/8" closed), it's old school looks, sturdiness and the practicality of it. It's a great knife that I put in my rotation. I love the bone! I figure this one was made by Case sometime be...

Re: 2024 POS Exchange

The last knife was the best of all. A beautful stag handled old jacknife with a really unusual main blade. I had a hard time seeing the tang stamp but finally with the help of a magnifier I could read it. NASH Hardware Co, Fort Worth . I couldn't believe my eyes. Nash Hardware started in the 1870's ...

But the best was yet to come. First a little black handled Imperial jacknife. And then a wonderful Empire jack knife, blades a little worn but oh those bones!!!

Well the the box arrived today from bladebuddy and to my surprise there was no smell!
20240327_125928.jpg
and I found it filled with some very pocketable knives. Several Imperials, and all pretty useful. The Swiss army knife even had the tweezers and tooth pick.

Re: Mail Call !-Post your new pick-ups here............

Great pick-ups everyone! CCC, that Cold Steel is a Beast! Very cool knife. Here are some recent pick-ups I found in my mailbox the past few weeks. As some of you will probably know, the knives in the row on the right were a few that Q had recently posted for sale. And of course, I couldn't pass up ...

Re: Henry Wilton - Germany

Henry Wilton - Germany. What a nice little well made pen knife. 3 1/8" closed. Ebony covers and integral bolster/liners. I'm trying to show the bolster liners in a picture. I don't think it comes across very well but that's my take on the deal. Both Goin's and Levine show this cutler in 1900 o...

Re: Show off your fixed blades!

My new RW Loveless designed Beretta. I have had a black handled copy for several years, and they are excellent knives. This orange handle would actually be a better field knife than the black. If you've ever set your knife down while working in the woods, you know what I mean. Loveless.jpg Great lo...

Cool carvings Doug. Knives are a little like snakes. Handle one long enough and you're gonna get bit.

I enjoyed the walk. Thanks Floyd. We had a good wildlife day. Turtles, ducks, Redtail Hawks, bald headed eagle!!
