Always referred to as a horse farriers knife. Have had many. That's the way I've always advertised them with no complaints.

Re: He's selling as a "parts knife"

I’ve often wondered the same thing. I’ve also noticed a great many of these cobbled counterfeits are from sellers in Tennessee and Kentucky. Makes me think there must be a counterfeiters “guild” of sorts with a network of workers making them somewhere in that area. ::paranoid:: Ken I would say your...

Even if you figure it out it probably won't bring much just because of the style.

Thats a hard 1. I can make out the carb but I don't think there's enough room for high in the front of it. The first bottom word almost looks like fort. Good luck!

Re: Mystery EO

Cattaraugus usually marked there secondary blades with the model #. I can't recall any other manufacturers doing this other than the newer case knives. You could also do a search with the model # on ebay. Good luck!

Looks cool but I would agree thats its most likely an inexpensive knife made in Pakistan. Pakistan is producing lots of Damascus blades.

Yes the brand is Fury. Made in China and Japan. The Japan made knives were of decent quality. The china knives were hit or miss on quality.

Re: Queen #20 Being Passed off as a Case Tested XX 093

I'm the owner of the knife. I've ended the auction. I list 150-300 knives a week. So I also buy a lot of knives as well. I don't have time to cobble junk knives together. I got a hold of a bad 1 and probably should of did a bit more research. Thats it! Nobody trying to pass anything off as anything...
