Queen no.22 Barlow
I bought this queen no. 22 Barlow for 2 bucks at a pawn shop the main blade is worn, I want to know if a blade out of a 69 or some other queen Barlow would fit. I saw some queen Barlow blades on eBay for 10 bucks just thinking it might fit. Hope everyone has a great 2024. god bless.

first year colonial knife company first started using the swiss army type can opener, did they use they prior to the swiss army knives if so what year were they carbon or stainless steel. Were the carbon 1075 and the stainless 440 if anyone knows. thank you god bless.

I just got a new buck 301 stockman, the numbers on the main blade are 3014, what does the 4 stand for made in usa.

I have a small queen stockman the tang is marked, the q with a crown on top number 76 beside the q no usa on blades no shield on the winterbone handle, is three blade knife, Thank if you can help, it my first queen.

I bought it at a road side sale,but I cannot find the model number 62099 the tang stamp is from 1940, it is a two blade barlow got it and a old Robeson strawberry bone two blade knife, but cannot find info on the case barlow got both for 5 bucks.

anyone using these on old high carbon pocket knives, I use these then a leather strop works fine ,All my pocket knives are from 1920 to 1960 for some reason it works better on old steel than the newer blade steel like buck or case, My old knives get a sharper edge and hold it longer, I don't know wh...

thanks guys all I known this blade steel is great I carve 4 to 6 hours a day sometime just strop and keep cutting my new pocket knives will not do this no matter the brand this is a great forum for people who love old usa made knives thanks a lot roger

what type of knife was used by Camillus in the early years was it 1095 I have a stockman made between 1920 and 1930 use it every day for carving sharpest pocket knife I every had I am 64 years old this steel beats them all roger
