Re: Mail Call, Post Your New GECs.

My 2nd AAPK knife. The red #35 is my other one. I didn't think I'd like this as much as I do. Well done GEC and AAPK!

Re: #92 Eureka

It looks like GEC sends out the new releases first in small lots, perhaps only 10 or so per dealer. Then a week or 2 later the dealers receive a larger order of knives, perhaps 30-40 or even more. I think this is to make it less easy for the ebay flippers to scoop up bunches of new knives and it se...

Re: 77 reserve

The 77 Barlow is a great knife, and I've had a few different versions in my possession at one time or another. The only reason I don't still have all of them is because I've had to use them to build my Eureka collection. I was lucky enough to score an amber sawcut bone in the last run, through the s...

Re: #92 Eureka

O.K., but these 'last ones' still do not seem to have shown up which seems odd as the first ones were sent out over 2 weeks ago. kj I am not positive, so don't hang me if i am wrong. But i think i read on a dealers website that GEC would be closed for a while and not sending out any stock. This is ...

Re: 92 Antique Calico Jigged Bone

Very impressive #92 display Sabercat ! Are the master blades all Warncliffe style ? Or are some a Spear Point ? I think the upcoming 92's will be a hot seller. kj Sorry for such a delay to respond...while the wharncliffe or single spear 92s are fine knives...I'm only after the 2 blade Eureka Jack. ...

Re: GEC#29 Stockyard Whittler knife 2019

JET79, i do not yet have one of these but i too am bothered by blade play so i hope a bunch of #29 owners reply so we can find out how common this is. With old knives i have gently squeezed the bolsters/pivot pin in a vice. Sometimes this has removed blade play but i don't recommend this for a new ...

Re: Mail Call, Post Your New GECs.

Thanks! I've always loved the Sinclair signage (Grandpa was an admirer, and I was a big brontosaurus fan growing up), but unfortunately can only afford the reproductions. Rick, I thought all of the AAPKs were sold - but in fairness, I have not mastered my way through this forum yet, so am probably w...

Re: Show off your favorite GECs!

I love the sheepfoot TCs, but this specific knife is my most cherished. https://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/knife_forum/download/file.php?mode=view&id=311159 I can see why. The color and jigging are fantastic! Is that what GEC calls Horsecut jigging? Thanks! This one actually is Pony Cut Chest...

Re: #35 AAPK Churchill

Looks like some photos are up on site, and they're close to being ready. I also noticed some centered shields and some off centered shields. I wonder if both versions will be available to all.
