Re: Imperial Ireland Single Blade

Nice work Jeff! I have some scale replacements I'd like to try now and again. Could you give me some tips on the basic tools I would need? Or what books would be helpful in describing the tools needed for pocket knife repair/rescaling? Thanks, Jess

Re: Adding Images to Your Product Listings on the AAPK Member Store Platform

Thanks, Bryan, My problem is that many of my pictures are turned the wrong way. I think it is because I wasn't holding my camera phone upright when I took the picture. Now I tried turning the photo in the folder before I add it to my listing, but when it loads to the listing it is in the original po...

Banners & photos question

Hi, I was wondering how to go about making a banner? I tried looking around for some info on this but found nothing. Does anyone know how I can add something pretty basic? 2nd question was, is there a way to spin or crop the photos of my items? I right-clicked them before uploading them and didn't s...

Re: knife shows

Thanks very much, Gunsil, I am going to attempt to make them all. If I am not that fortunate, I know I will make at least a couple of them. And I happen to be a Catt and Kinfolks fan, so I sure will be looking for you at that Flea market that I hope happens. I sold a Catt BSA knife awhile back and c...

Re: What is this CASE KNIFE

Looking at the placement of the nail nick, and the flattening by the tip of the spine, it looks like very good homemade reshaping. Can't say why, but I just don't see a factory placing the nick in that place/position, IMHO

I was wondering if anyone can tell me when Case Collectors Club will be having their get together again? My wife and I drove down there to Bradford, PA. in 2012 and had a great time, also visiting the Zippo factory while we were there (on the same grounds, Zippo had already purchased Case.) I think ...

Re: Stupid eBay Question

I have sold on eBay and I also got 50 free listings (a relist counts as the same listing because when your item doesn't sell they put one back on the number of sales you have left) a month which also says or $1,500.00 in sales, whatever comes first. Now I don't know about what happens if I was to se...

Re: Knife Prices That Make You Go Hmm............

When I first started looking at eBay some years ago and was a true 'newbie' to knife collecting, I saw an imperial 'trick' knife sell for $238. So thinking there was something I didn't know about these cool little conversation pieces, I listed 3 that I had sitting around and anxiously waited for my ...

Not a Spyderco, correct?

As far as I know, All Spyderco folders have been produced with the hole in the blade. Just some earlier fixed blades were solid without a hole.
Am I correct about this? Is this one a fugazi (fake) ? Thanks for the help

Does this look like genuine Damascus and does anyone know the year of this? Do you think $50 is too much to pay for it?
Any answers to this are greatly appreciated.

buffing / light sanding

Is there a decent machine out there I could use to sand and buff my blades with? One with a wheel on each side would be great but not necessary. It doesn't have to be new either and probably won't be because I only have about $100 to spend. Just wondering because if I can win an eBay auction cheap o...
