Premium Stock Knife Information

Hi everyone. Was wondering if anyone could help identifying the maker of this knife? The knife has the initials CK but I cannot seem to find this maker. Also if anyone knows the age of the knife and rarity would be a help. Knife is quite large, has a cow horn handle. Thanks.
