So this was my grandfather's takle box knife. I recently aquired but I remember it from 45 years ago when I was a kid. What do I have? What's the value? It's never for sale don't worry.

A little side to side play not much.
A guy at the gun/knife show offered me 20 bucks? He said it was never sharpened.
I don't know much about knifes but I have another to show I got from my grandpa.
