I understand the question but not the concept. If a knife is made to be a collectible, can it not still be used as a tool? And if it's made to be a tool, can it not still be collectible? Generally speaking, the quality should be the same. Ultimately, it's the owner of the knife who decides its fate...

Found this one today,, never had a Russlock with a pocket clip before. So I figured what the yey.

I have a Baby Trapper Honk Falls,, Seems like a well made little knife.

This is the 3rd. 110 I,ve owned. When I,m in the field I have a copperlock in my pocket and a Buck 110 on my hip.

Found this nice copperlock today, Love them Copperlocks. Item #13631

Found this one yesterday, Case Canoe, Item # 06595 made in 2010 and now discontinued.

Thanks for the info,, I,ll be looking at them a lot closer now and pic a few up for my collection.

Has anyone had any experience with Bear & Son knives. I had a chance to pick one up today and wondered how they held up.

It depends on where I,m going at the moment. Most of the time it,s a Case Copperlock, or around the farm the Buck 110 will do.

Thanks for the Idea, I really like the Copperlock knives.

I have a old Case knife with a chip out of the handle. It,s pretty old probably 70,s or 80,s maybe. I am hoping there is a way to fix it.
