Re: A GREAT DEAL
I'm wondering about the top right knife. It looks a lot like a Camillus 72. Grabbed the wrong knife it's branded Remington and is USA made slight etching on the main says Remington 2001 show knife and may be a 72 however I'll honor it as one of the 10. The Value however is in the bonus knife it is ...

Hey folks I've been away from here a bit as of late with my other hobby but that project is finished and I'm back to my over 50 year obsession with knives. If I'm not to late can someone let me know what I need to do obtain one of these beauties.

I received the knife today Dale and all I can say is WOW!! Your pictures look good but just don't show how nice it is in hand. I've played guitar over 50 years and really wanted a knife with a guitar shield. So thanks again Dale for a beautiful job.

Re: “There’s a sucker born every minute”
I am a proponent of "buy the knife not the story." The COAs were not a deal maker or deal-breaker for me. I knew what the knives were and could care less about the COA. I threw most of them away but I imagine somewhere hidden in the recesses of my "collection" are a few of Smoke...

Re: KNIFE FINDS OF THE DAY
That was one of my best scores here's a couple more great deals I've gotten over the years I bought this new in package Buck 119 at the local Goodwill for $10:00 they had written the price as 10 o'clock instead of $10 this LNIB Spyderco Manix Light I found new at a pawn shop no doubt mispriced at $2...

Re: KNIFE FINDS OF THE DAY
I scored these at a yard sale Saturday this was one of those deals you didn't see coming and had to act fast. When I saw the knives they were in a little box on the table. I looked at the Case and was pretty sure the tang stamp dated it in the 60's and thought I would try to get it for about $35 bec...

Re: Show off your favorite GECs!
Some very nice knives posted here. It is so hard to pick a favorite I think I'll post a few of my favorites hope that's ok. I guess if I had to absolutely pick one it would still be a toss up between the 77 Northfield Barlow and the 77 Washington Jack. sXF4AsA[1].jpg RzqB9UF[1].jpg jMz3eaT[1].jpg

Re: I’ve been busy - Post your collection, if you can!
My collection is no where near as large, nicely displayed or has the quality of you folks. These are the majority of my collection they're stored in boxes and rolls. I have a box of modern folders and fixed blades somewhere but just a few of each I also have some nicer knives I'll take pictures of a...

Re: Is it OK to sell Trail error knives?
The Utica UT11131029: Classic Lockback Folder that is a current production to my eye looks just like your knife minus the duck and the misspelled tang stamp. The current one retails new for $21.95 and in my opinion unless it was a highly desired knife such as a GEC TC Barlow a misspelled tang stamp ...

Re: A FEW AT A TIME
Those are beautiful Mark and I totally agree about Seki made knifes. Even the modern folders they make are IMO a step above the rest. After all it's the home of the Sword Smith Masters. I love my Spyderco Delica made in Seki City Japan and jist a great well made knife.

Re: A FEW AT A TIME
I have a couple of knives from folks who made knives to sell and for whatever reason they did not continue. At least I don't think they are still in business. I would sure like to be wrong. But these are quality knives. A lot of design and meticulous production went into these knives and I am proud...
