Re: Case Classics STILL undervalued.
The only Case Classic with stainless blades was the Elephant Toe made in 1996 according to Parker's vol. 9. I ran across one at a flea market in Crump, TN several years ago. It has antique red bone handles-mint condition-no box. In my humble opinion I think the classic line of Case knives are the mo...

Re: New to Case Classics
Be careful not to put those knives in close proxsimity to each other or in a closed space. They give off a carosive gas that will do damage to them. I learned the hard way. I will NOT collect any more of them.

Re: Case Barehead 54 Trapper 3 Knife set
I talked to Marcy at Case and she cannot find how many sets were made or even if they were made by Case. Surely there has to be someone somewhere that has another set of these barehead trappers.

Re: Newest Case Pick-Ups
The loom fixer is red bone. Have one made in 1975. Fairly hard knife to come buy. You would be surprised how many so-called Case collectors do not know what a loom fixer is or how it came to be or what it was used for.

Case Barehead 54 Trapper 3 Knife set
Just bought a Case barehead 3 knife set with the display case. Number 54 on the bolsters. What I need to know is how many sets were made. I believe they were made in 1995. These are my favorite pattern but are hard to come by. Did not know that a set was ever made. Any help would be greatly apprecei...

Re: CaseClassicsClub.com Membership
I posted on one of the CCC forums today and received an answer in less than an hour. They are up and running.

Canal Street Stag Heavy Jack
Found this at a gun show this weekend. Called Mr. Basham at Red Hill and he told me it was a Red Hill Exclusive. 1 of 25. Did not know until I read the shield. Only one I have seen. If anyone has one please post. Thanks.

Only Pattern
My memory fails me. Can someone please tell me which pattern was made in a classic but not in the regular Case line. Thanks in advance.

Small Collection
Been trying to round up a few Classics for over 15 years. About 4 patterns short. Bought mostly at gun shows and flea markets. I guess it is somewhat of a sickness. Anyway hope someone will enjoy looking at my small collection. Thanks.

Re: Case Winchester
This is a Proto Classic Winchester that I purchased from Jim Parker many years ago before the Classics really took off. He stated there were only five made in stag. He said that a salesman carried it around to show for about a year. He included a COA with it. He supplied a Rising Sun box as the prot...

Case Winchester
There is a Case Winchester stag on Collector Knives .net that does not seem right. I do not believe that a Classic was made in stag in regular production. The knife in question has a pattern number of 62091 which makes it a bone handle. I say this and raise the question because I purchased a stag Ca...

Classics stamped CS
I have 2 Classics stamped with a small CS on the main blades. One is a 91 bone and the other is a Moss Bottom clasp. I am pretty sure these are cosmetic seconds as both have a small crack in one of the pins. I was on the CC Club a while back and no one seemed to know what CS meant. Can some one plea...
