Sure looks like a "0" to me. I cannot see how you would get a "9" out of that.

I would guess that this has to do with not hitting a "reserve" price yet.

What happened to the "wanted" section under knife commerce? Did I miss something? I always enjoyed seeing if I could help someone find what they were searching.

Re: WTB or WTTF: GEC 771214 EC
I just looked at my list and I have two 77 patterns GEC. I am not sure if they are what you are looking for. One made in 2018 and one in 2019. Both Northfield brand. Looks like at least one has a match strike pull. Both in red saw cut bone. I am not too attached to these knives if you want one. If y...

Re: 707UH 3rd Generation
Unreal!!! I started collecting Old Timers and Uncle Henry knives when I got started in this hobby and then left them by the wayside as I went on to collect other knife brands. I have recently come back to these knives only to find out that there are a bunch of "rare" knives that I did not ...

Re: WTB/ISO: USA-made boot knife with patriotic theme
I've got a small collection of USA made knives (with patriotic designs) from Buck, Case, Schrade, ZT, Bear & Son, Pro-Tech, Guardian Tactical, Kershaw, Leatherman, Queens Cutlery and knife-maker Ken Hall. I'm trying to collect examples of various styles, sizes and types... autos, AOs, flippers,...

Re: POCKET CLIP
The Lion Steel Thrill slip joint incorporates the best of both worlds. The pocket clip stays flush with the handle unless you want to use it. It's spring loaded so it automatically retracts into the handle when you unclip it from your pocket. I don't own one but I think it's a brilliant design. The...

Thank you to everyone for their replies. The Parker deal makes complete sense to me. Does anyone know if Great Eastern bought the NorthField name from Parker then?

Northfield "Germany"??
https://www.ebay.com/itm/363612102254?hash=item54a8f85e6e:g:fykAAOSwAQVheDDt I am confused by this knife. Can someone please help me understand what this knife is, who it was made by, and when? This brand name seems to overlap with the GEC knives, but I am definitely not an expert on the Northfield ...

Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for but it is a patriotic themed razor. This was from an email that Red Hill Cutlery sent me and it says there are only 25 available.

Re: I sincerely hope we don't see this happen.
A little different point of view here....... I collect knives so I have learned a lot about them over the years. With this knowledge, it allows me to take advantage of deals when I see them whether is a pattern or brand that I collect or not. I will buy knives that I have no intention of adding to m...

Re: Case knife display
Thank you everyone. I am not sure what the material is on the inside. It is some sort of "velvet" appearing material adhered to plastic to make the mold for the knife to sit into.
I am thinking I will pick an 80's year and go with that.
thank you

Case knife display
I have had this knife display sitting around for 8-10 year with the intentions of filling the display. I feel that it would be kind of neat to fill with all of the same year of knives. I do not know when this display came out or what stretch of years this display would be from. I would guess 90's, b...
