Admittedly I’m a novice at Japanese knives and grew up in an era when anything from Japan was of poor quality based on hard feelings in my family from WWII. Put us out of our misery please ::facepalm::

Oh they’re a blast to watch, especially when they cruise at 6” off the water at Mach 1 - where we live is in a big flyway for numerous species - never leaves you wanting more - a birders paradise for sure.

Actually I let Anna Wirtel one of the business owners pick it out for me - I asked Anna for her idea of a knife that was quintessentially Santa Fe and that’s what she went with. They shipped it home for me since I was flying and the leather slip was a most welcomed gift.
