Hi Jerry, Yeah when I first saw it rehandle was my thought too. But what really got me was the Tidioute blade with Northfield bolsters. My second thought was maybe unmarked proto or maybe an employee made it as a personal knife? Guess I should ask GEC. Seller didn't know much about it. Whatever it i...

Help with Unusual #12

Howdy folks! Looking for any info on this #121111 I just got off ebay. I've been collecting 12s since 2010 but this one has me stumped. It has a mirror polished Tidioute stamped blade without etch ,birdseye maple scales and NORTHFIELD bolsters. Never seen another one like it.
