Re: LB7 with a "Craftsman" case
Couple of pictures This knife you posted above is not a Schrade LB7. Coempare the shape of the the knife to the knife in the op. The knife in the op is a LB7. The one you posted is a Craftsman made by Camillus. Notice the handle of your knife has a continous curve from the rear bolster to the front...

Re: LB7 with a "Craftsman" case
Here is three knives the top one is Craftsman 4 pin Second Schrade +USA LB7 4pin .The third is Uncle Henry Schrade + LB7 USA.
The only differences is the pin placement and the bottom bolster is slightly bigger on the Craftsman. Also the bolster on the Craftsman is slightly rounded.

Re: LB7 with a "Craftsman" case
I have an LB7 that I got for my 14th birthday (1977). The knife was new and in a box marked with the Sears Craftsman branding. The leather case was stamped "Craftsman". But the knife is marked Schrade + USA LB7 So my question is did Schrade mark the LB7 as Craftsman ot one point, or were ...

Re: ID my Shrade Please
I'm not aware of Schrade ever making a long pull pen blade in Ellenville. I question whether those knives were even made at the factory. Eric The knives do not have pins through the bolsters, who was the only company to have this system. Should know by now that you never say never with Schrade. I h...

I don't know how many off-hand, but my knife purchases seem about the same as they always were. You certainly like your Crown Royal, don'tcha Dog! Shows you have good taste! 8) M.M. I have found some of the best things in life come out of "The Great White North" (oops! can I still ...

Hello all! New to the forum, but I have collected pocket knives since childhood. I recently bought a large collection of new pocket knives, have been selling them slowly on the bay, and one of them has me a little puzzled. I had multiple new in inbox Old Timer 340Ts, but this one has an all black h...

Re: Is a pocket knife a weapon or a tool?
Depends where you fly on a passenger jet if a knife is a weapon. My son went on a couple of passenger planes. Economy class he got plastic knife and fork. The next flight he was upgraded to first class. He said the gave him metal knife and fork. He then said that if you are rich it only a eating ute...

Re: camillus #72
I know that this should probably be in the "clones" thread but this being a grail knife in the 72 series I'm posting it here. Thank you Jerry for allowing me to purchase this short line, blade etched, bone handled Boy Scout knife. I have looked for one for a while with no luck. But Jerry ...
