This Monarch branded scout/utility knife was made in Japan.  It has seen little if any use but there are a few carbon stains and even a couple of small rust spots on the blades. All blades/implements open and close with decent snap.  Handles are jigged delrin.  If you need a good user quality scout knife this would be a good one for you to pick up for a very modest price. 

 If you're not satisfied with this knife you may send it back within seven days of delivery in the same condition it was shipped to you for a full refund of the purchase price.
