CONDITION:   Excellent to near Mint

DAMAGE:   the only damage I have been able to see on this knife is some wear to the vinyl coating of the aluminum handle. This is very normal with these early versions of this coating. There is one spot on the front of the handle and around the end of the handle where it is squared off and rests either on the front of the back side of the knife.

BLADE WEAR:   It appears to me this knife still has the factory edge, it has been used a little bit and it’s not as sharp as it once was but I believe it is a full unsharpened blade. If you would like me to sharpen it you purchase it just let me know. There is no charge for sharpening.

AGE:     I see it first listed in the 1984/1985 catalog.

ADDITIONAL INFO:   The Kershaw Special Agent is a compact version of the Kershaw trooper. It has aluminum alloy handle, which is diecast directly to the notched blade tang. For durability in non-slip it wet or severe survival conditions, a Thermo-setting vinyl coating is baked into the handle. These are outstanding knives rarely seen in these days there especially not seen in this nice condition! This are not a light weight cheap dagger, it is a solid Kershaw with a brass guard and a diecast aluminum handle. It is a nice hand full of knife without being huge.
