ADDITIONAL INFO: This is the Stag (model #2040) from the Easy Rider™ series of Kershaw knives. I don’t have catalogs that go back to 1974 when Kershaw started, but from the information I have been able to dig up around the web the Easy Rider Series was one of the earlier series of knives that Kershaw made. I would date this series circa 1977. I believe that’s accurate within two years on either side of the date. The series is called Easy Rider because the handles have no sharp edges to them in the knife fits quite comfortably in the pocket, even one this large.
This would be an excellent EDC if someone wish to carry this knife.
