ADDITIONAL INFO:     Chipaway Cutlery Co. – circa 1891-1920. “A trademark used by E.C. Simmons.” -Per Goin’s Encyclopedia of Cutlery Markings. A nice 100+ year old knife with beautiful bone handles. No chips or cracks noticed in bone handles. This is a brand I was aware of but had never seen before. I would love to see more.
