Imperial, Prov RI, 3 1/4in easy open swell end jack with small chip in handle near the easy open cutout, main blade has a nice curve on the spine giving it an interesting shape that is probably good for making incisions so perhaps it was a a scalpel, former owner was fond enough of this knife they engraved initials in the handle see 3rd pic, baldes are tarnsihed used and sharpened but have plenty of life, action nice enough you can feel the springs but the snaps light,
