Remington "Endicott Johnson Shoes" Knife Easy Open w/caplifter
Here's something a little different. It's a Remington advertisement knife made on what GEC now calls the "Beer Scout" pattern. The shield reads "Endicott Johnson Shoes". It has a easy open spear blade and a caplifter blade. Both open and close with excellent snap, half stops, and no wobble whatsoever. The spear blade has a super swedge and also a long pull The jigged bone handles have that rich appearance that only comes with the passage of time. There is a pin crack at the lanyard hole on the pile side bone handle. I've taken a closeup photo so you can clearly see it. The spear blade is a bit short from sharpening. All in all, this is a cool little slice of Americana and would make a wonderful addition to any vintage knife collection.
