Case Cheetah, stainless steel, pocket worn red bone covers
Case Cheetah, 2002 manufacture. Second owner. Over all condition is good. No box or paperwork included.
This knife shows signs of having been carried, with some darkening on the front bolsters. And light scuffs on the bottom bolsters. The pocket worn red bone covers are in really nice shape with only the smallest (hair width) of space on the bottom right side between them and the bolster.
Tang mark on the right side is 'x . x' over 'CASEXX' over 'x . x . x' pointing to a manufacture date on 2002. On the opposite it is marked with 'USA' over '6111 1/2 L' over 'SS'
The 'Cheetah' etching is present and clear on the blade. Oval shield with 'CASE XX' is present. As well as the guard on both sides.
Lock up is strong and there isn't any movement when the blade is out. Snaps nicely back into place.
I've personally never carried or sharpened this. The edge looks like it might be factory sharp.
