A.W. Wadsworth was an imaginary name used by Adolf Kastor Bros. a NYC import co. from the 1870's to 1963. They owned a factory in Germany, Germania works in Solingen and imported their knives up to 1933. This knife was made between 1895 and 1922. Absolutely mint with some spots that will clean up. Very hard pull. factory tight with alligator snap. The Cocobolo handles are held down by two iron pins
