19cm Bargeon
Solid French made Bargeon. Likely built in the 70s or 80s. Not mint but still a cool knife that is good for carry. Measures 19cm (7.5" inches) not including the bale. Blade is excellent. No signs of sharpening and just a few use scratches. Shiny like a mirror, so much so that is difficult to get a picture without a lot of reflection. Please watch video. Tiny bend at the tip. Lockup is SOLID with no wobble in any direction. Spring seems to have lost a piece at the tip, but fires great and sounds like a switchblade should. Missing safety cap but still great for carrry as a solid press is needed to fire it. No peek. Top scale has a little shrinkage. No cracks in the scales. This one is not a collection piece, but is a great handling vintage Bargeon that is great for carry while your minty examples stay home.
