Custom Fish Filet Knife in AEB-L Stainless Steel with Snakewood Handles

This is a custom, hand made fish filet knife thats been cut from 1/16" AEB-L stainless steel (approximate thickness). The steel was ground, heat treated, and tempered in my shop in lower Michigan. The handles are made from professionally stabilized Snakewood and have been secured to the knife with industrial epoxy and brass pins. The Rockwell hardness is HRC56. The knife blade has been finished to 800 grit. The approximate overall length of the knife is 11 inches. The knife sheath was hand made and hand stitched from thick leather. The leather for this sheath has some cosmetic blemishes (scars, unusual patterns, etc.), but I decided to use it anyway as I believe the blemishes just add some character to the sheath. Please view the photos before making your purchase.
Note: There is a small dimple in the metal blade near my makers mark. This is not a flaw. It is a remnant of the Rockwell hardness testing.
