Vintage ELEX Automatic Folding Knife

Vintage 1950's ELEX automatic from Japan. It's in good condition except for one big problem, it doesn't stay locked closed. The blade itself is in decent condition, though a little dirty. I haven't performed any clean up or repair on it, this is how it came to me. The blade will lock in the open position, and the spring still appears "springy" it just won't stay closed.
The handles are good shape without any cracks or chips that I can see, and thw swing guard works as intended. It does look like near the lever the handle is seperating from the liner a bit.
The blade is wobbly when opened, though that seems to be pretty common in these older automatics. The lock is released by a lever lock on the side that you can see in the picture.
This knife comes from my grandfather's collection that I recently inherited. I don't know how he came by this knife other than he was an outdoorsman, and liked to visit local flea markets. That's my only knowledge of it, as I am not a professional kinfe dealer by any means.
I've made a video showing it off onYouTube here: https://youtu.be/X-vouAgST7g
(Doesn't look like you can click links in the description, so you'll need to copy/pase the location into your browser.)
If not satisfied I'll accept returns minus shipping costs in the same condition sent out.
The price is firm, I really would rather not entertain offers, I apologize.
I'll be shipping this out VIA UPS.
Thank you for looking!
