Vintage KABAR, OLEAN, N.Y., Black Checkered Handle Fly Fishing/Utility Pocket Knife
This fine,fine, old black checkered composition handled KA-BAR fly fishing/utility pocket knife is approximately 4 1/2" long whe closed(bail included). This hard-to-find, old pocket knife has 4 blades that include: a file blade for sharpening fish hooks with a hook remover in the end of the blade and, a cap lifter for opening bottle caps; a needle punch; scissors; and finally, a slim clip blade that is tang stamped: KA-BAR, STAINLESS(see pics). The black checkered compositon handles are crack/chip free and complemented with an embossed "shield" with highlighted letters: KA-BAR, FLY FISHERMAN(see pics). The knife appears unused.
