Tom Cosgrove has been collecting pocket knives since his first Cub Scout knife in 1964. He has read numerous books on the history of knives and their manufacturers and attended National Knife Shows which has helped him develop a keen sense of the value of pocket knives. Growing up in Central Connecticut, Tom had family members that worked at Landers, Frary & Clark which aided in his interest and knowledge of that particular manufacturer. As an active member of the Boy Scouts of America for over 50 years, Tom's first love of pocket knives is the Official Scout knife. Tom has assembled a significant world-class collection that is the envy of many Scout knife collectors.
Tom has had numerous stories published in National Knife Magazines and Periodicals and is currently writing a book on the modern scout knife extending the great work, "600 Scout Knives" by Joseph Richard Kerr. Tom's background should assure you that any pocket knives in our possession will be safeguarded with an attitude of under-commitment and over-delivery which is unparalleled in the pocket knife industry today.
Tom works hard at bringing you the best pocket knives he possibly can and wants to earn your business and your trust. Tom is very careful to accurately describe the features and condition of each pocket knife offered as accuracy will result in a mutually beneficial transaction.
