This is a very early Connecticut manufactured knife. Knife measures 4 3/4 in the closed position. Bolsters and liners are made of steel    Handles are ebony wood with only one very small dent on back side. No cracks or patchesshield is nickel silver and flush fit with the wood. Knife has half stops and snap is strong openg and closing of the blade. This knife is called theMICHIGAN PEN pattern made for the early Michigan lumberjacks.very hard to find this pattern in good shape. Thanks for talking a look.
