EXCEPTIONAL / SCHRADE CUT CO / MODEL 1543-3/4 / EARLY
This is an early example of a Schrade Cut Co hunter having very unique jigging and sporting the Sept 13,10 patent date. Measuring 4-7/8" closed and 8 -5/8" when open with beautiful. bone handles that are perfect save for one tight hairline near the rear bolster. Nearly full blade has been nicely cleaned with just o couple of tiny peppers remaining on the blade. Blade fires hard, sits deep and locks open securely with minimal play. Safety functions. What a great early example of vintage automatic cutlery.
