Schrade Cut Co Brown Jigged Bone 4-7/8 Hunter Saber Grind Blade
Schrade Cut Co. Brown Jigged Bone Scales 4-7/8 Hunter. Has a few chips on the scales on non bolster end. Saber blade is a bit rarer to come by than most. This is a nice example, however it has its warts. At the base of the blade, where it connects to the pin, by the bolster, the ROUNDED edge of the metal has a "chip" which prevents the blade from "Locking" into place. Although this is a flaw, it is a common one. You cannot see this unless you look inside the channel.
I purchased this knife from a friends store here on AAPK. Despite flaws, it is a nice knife with a lot of history. When I bought this knife it was "Priced Right" and I could not find a better one, so I purchased this as a "Filler" in my collection. Recently, I have received another in a higher grade of quality, so I will fill the "slot" with the new one, and pass this one on to the next collector.
I am offering this knife for the same price it was bought for. Its a nice knife, a nice price, and a more scarce Saber Grind Blade. (Since I have discounted prices recently this knife is being offered below cost. People have been very strong in support for my reopened store, I wanted to show appreciation)
I keep forgetting to write this, but I stand by ALL I sell, so If there is an issue, when you receive the knife (14 days preferred) please get back to me so I can fix it. I want happy friends. Please keep in mind, as I mentioned this knife has a flaw.
