IXL 2 Blade 1970's Sheffield England Light Use Federal Shield Jigged Handles Nickel Bolsters
This folder was produced in Sheffield England in the early 1970's. The tang stamp reads IXL George Wostenholm Sheffield England and on the reverse 'oil the joints'. 3 5/8" closed, brass liners and pins that hold down a jigged fiber handle. Long pull with 'IXL' out on the blade. Used, nickel bolsters show use. No damage or broken parts and a nearly full blade. Tight blades with 1/2 stops and loud walk and talk.
