VINTAGE CROWN cutlery company, founded 1910 and closed sometime in the 1920's. This is a fine cigar cutter with pen knife as well. Check it out, the blade, high carbon steel and it still snaps, 100 years later, not bad... Great back spring. I really like how they bend the back spring to form the design.  The total 4" fully open, High Carbon 1.58" Blade, nickel silver 2.5" handle.   Excellent workmanship...
