These turn up from time to time. This one is in the best condition I have ever found. 8 functions, including an auger of about 2.5mms. and a wicked saw blade. Who was 'Pradel', hard to tell. Most likely from the Savoie region of France and as far as i am concerned, the shield stands for that region in France, not 'SAK'. The bail is missing, otherwise very nearly full blade, stamped Pradel Extra. The touch mark looks like a bundle of?? Loud snap on all blades, all tight. 5 turn corkscrew. The mark side has the Eiffel Tower and the word 'Paris'. So, a tourist piece? Remeber, the Tower was built in 1889..
