Made for A.G. Russell in Seki Japan by some of Japan's finest craftsmen in the late 1990's.  A.G called this an Arkansas Toothpick.  It has the bolster lock on it that A.G designed.  The handles on this are some beautiful black lip pearl with an abalone spacer that is chip and crack free.  The blade is made of some very high quality ATS-34 stainless steel and has not been used or resharpened and retains it's factory edge.  No brass on this knife, bolsters and liners are nickel silver. Locks up tight with no wobble or play and easy release.  Measures 4 1/2" closed OAL.  Comes with an A.G. Russell zippered storage pouch.  Free shipping within the USA.
