Sent it to Zero Tolerance as it was a little hard to deploy got it back with letter stating that it worked as designed nothing wrong , just make sure your fingers or not resting on the lock bar when attempting to open knife . Pressure  on the lock bar causes it to press into the blade and can make it very difficult to deploy. Letter comes with knife
